About Me:

With 18 years of experience in education catering, I have received extensive training in allergens and nutrition. My qualifications include Level 3 certifications in allergen awareness and health and safety, as well as a Level 4 food safety distinction and several other food-related qualifications.

I am dedicated to providing healthy and nutritious meals, ensuring that five fruits and vegetables are included daily. Vegetarian and vegan days are regularly incorporated, alongside dishes from various cultures, allowing children to experience different tastes, textures, and spices.

As a mother of two grown-up daughters, I have always encouraged them to cook from a young age, from making biscuits to preparing sushi. Their passion for cooking continues to this day.

In my spare time, I enjoy being with family and friends. I actively participate in a cribbage league, which I find highly enjoyable. Travelling is another passion, and I aspire to explore as much of the world as possible.
